Completed Reference Projects

In two construction phases, 38 attractive condominiums were built here, spread over five apartment buildings in the center of Langenfeld.

In a quiet residential area yet close to Langenfeld's main shopping street with restaurants, specialty shops, and doctors' offices, residents enjoy all the amenities of a peaceful yet central location.

The final phase of construction was completed in 2023 and handed over to residents.

In a conveniently located newly developed residential area between Düsseldorf and Cologne, a total of 62 residential units were created over two construction phases.In the early 2000s, we began with the construction of six multi-family houses and five single-family homes, where even today you can see the high quality and durability of our buildings.

Between 2023 and 2024, we built two additional multi-family houses featuring state-of-the-art technology and the highest energy efficiency class, completing the residential area.

As part of the development of a completely new residential area in the Rhine corridor between Düsseldorf and Cologne, a total of 129 high-quality residential units were built here from 1999 onwards, spread over 19 apartment buildings and seven shared underground car parks.

We are delighted that more than 300 people have found their home here in this project alone for over 25 years.
